We will work with you to find a house that has the right features and the right location in your price range. When we identify houses that look like a match, we will schedule a time for you to tour these properties.
If you have credit issues, there are other options that we will consider such as increasing the security deposit or utilizing a co-signer.
-Verifiable gross income at least 3 times the rent
-No bankruptcies that have not been discharged
-No prior evictions or felonies
-No more than 2 pets which must be approved by the owner, under 50 pounds and no less than 1 year old. If the owner does approve the pets, there is a $350 pet deposit for each pet with no more than 2 allowed.

The security deposit is normally equal to one month’s rent and must be paid in certified funds. An additional deposit is always required for pets and for applicants with less than good credit. Along with the deposit, the first month’s rent is due in certified funds on your move-in date. This amount will be prorated if you move in on any day other than the first of the month.
The tenant is responsible for electric, gas, water, trash and renter’s Insurance to cover the contents of the home.
